Return of articles / Right to exchange
Buyer has the right to return articles bought from us for an exchange or payment can be reimbursed if returned within 14 days. If you choose to return the article, a written explanation about the defect / fault in the product is required to be sent along with a duly filled ‘angrefristskjema’.

A copy of the invoice is not required as long as invoice number / order number is clearly mentioned.
Please note , an article must be in its original packing and unused when returned. Buyer will be required to pay freight for return of article, however in case of an exchange the freight costs for new the article will be borne by us.
Right to claim
If you are not satisfied with the article you have the right to return it back to us.
If the product is defective in any way , assuming that it has been used and handled by the buyer properly, buyer can
1. hold back the payment.
2. choose between repairs and replacements in accordance with law §29 & § 30.
3. demand rebate under law §31 or cancel the order under law §32 if the defect is minor.
4. claim compensation if buyer has suffered losses economically because of defective article.
When claiming damages please write an explanation so that we can assess the problem. We shall refund the freight charges if claims are valid. Remember to fill up the form titled ‘angrefristskjema’ correctly and completely. If you do not have the form please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Always send the articles back with registered postal services which can be traced and are insured against damages and loss. Please don’t return the article as COD – cash on delivery. This will not be accepted.
